When you purchase a subscription or audio plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the downloaded tracks. If your plan includes a Commercial License, you are permitted to use the audio in monetized projects (such as YouTube videos, podcasts, indie games, or short films).

When you commission a Custom Tune, you own the exclusive rights to the final composition upon complete payment, unless negotiated otherwise. AL DIGITALSOUND reserves the right to retain portfolio display rights.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent AL DIGITALSOUND from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
